"I recently had the privilege of experiencing a Huna Healing session with the wonderful Hilary. At the outset, Hilary spent time explaining the process and answered any questions regarding the experience I was about to embark on. Before the session, Hilary tapped into my unconscious mind to see what was coming up and asked if this resonated for me once we were in the session. There were immediate involuntary tears as what came up rang deep in my core. Old chestnuts that I thought I had dealt with years ago resurfaced. Through a combination of visualization, intention setting, and energy work, Hilary skillfully guided me through a process of release and renewal. I immediately felt lighter and freer. I regard myself as a fairly high-energy, positive person, so I was surprised to feel this newfound freshness around me. I had been living with some of the layers Hilary cleared for so long in my heart that I couldn’t remember a time without them. The effects of the session continued to unfold in the days that followed, as I found myself navigating life's ups and downs with a greater sense of ease and knowing. Hilary gave me exercises to keep the momentum moving forward after our session. I was so grateful for that. It felt like I had been given the responsibility to continue the work myself rather than only relying on outside sources to ‘fix’ me.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Huna Healing with Hilary to anyone seeking some forward momentum or giving your energy field a spring clean. Sometimes we are not aware of exactly what it is that can cause us to feel stuck while doing all the ‘right things’ in our conscious state.
